高温胁迫对不同产地茅苍术开花前叶片叶绿素荧光特征的影响

摘 要:

为探明高温胁迫对不同产地茅苍术叶绿素荧光动力学参数的影响, 采用土培盆栽法种植采集于英山、罗田、信阳和句容的茅苍术, 于第一茬花开前进行高温胁迫处理, 对其叶绿素荧光特性的变化进行观测和分析。结果表明, 英山、罗田、信阳和句容组茅苍术开花前的叶绿素含量均随胁迫时间的延长而不断下降, 7 d时, 分别下降为对照的49.57%、52.21%、34.72%和37.35%, 总体表现为: 罗田>英山>句容>信阳。随着高温胁迫时间的延长, 不同产地茅苍术的最大光化学量子产量(Fv/Fm)、PSII潜在光化学活性(Fv/Fo)、有效光化学量子产量(Fv'/Fm')、光化学猝灭系数(qP)和表观光合电子传递速率(ETR)均呈下降趋势, 且各指标均与胁迫时间呈负相关, 英山组各参数下降幅度最大, 而罗田组各参数总体水平较高; 高温胁迫对茅苍术叶片Fv/Fo的影响比Fv/Fm大。非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)呈先上升后下降趋势, 信阳、英山组于1 d达最大值, 罗田、句容组于3 d达最大值。研究表明, 高温(40 ℃)对茅苍术叶绿素荧光特性有较大的影响, 罗田组在胁迫过程中各参数均处于较高水平, 抗高温能力表现较佳。

Effects of High Temperature Stress on Chlorophyll Fluorescence Characteristics of Atractylodes lancea from Different Habitats

Abstract:

In order to explored the effects of high temperature stress on the leaf chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of Atractylodes lancea from different habitats including Yingshan, Luotian, Xinyang and Jurong, the characteristic parameters of chlorophyll fluorescence in them with the soil pot experiments were measured and analyzed under high temperature stress before first flowering. The results indicated that the leaf chlorophyll content of Atractylodes lancea from Yingshan, Luotian, Xinyang and Jurong decreased with the increasing stress time, and reduced to 49.57%, 52.21%, 34.72% and 37.35% of the control on 7 days, respectively. The order of the leaf chlorophyll content was ‘Luotian’>‘Yingshan’>‘Jurong’>‘Xinyang’. The maximum photochemical efficiency of PSII (Fv/Fm), potential photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fo), actual photochemical efficiency of PSII (Fv'/Fm'), photochemical quenching coefficient (qP) and electron transport rate (ETR) of them decreased with rising high temperature stress time, and all of them were negatively correlated with stress time. The rate of decline of ‘Ying Shan’ was maximum, and the overall level of ‘Luo Tian’ was the highest; high temperature stress had greater effects on the Fv/Fo than that on the Fv/Fm. The non-photochemical quenching coefficient (NPQ) was firstly increased and then decreased. ‘Xinyang’ and ‘Yingshan’ had the peak value on 1 day, but ‘Luotian’ and ‘Jurong’ on 3 days. All the analysis showed that the high temperature stress was an important adversity factor in the chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of Atractylodes lancea. The indexes of ‘Luo Tian’ were relatively higher than those. Atractylodes lancea from Luotian City showed the strongest ability to resistant to high temperature stress.
